Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Certain items like skincare or intimate wear may not be eligible for return.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return approval.
• Refund eligibility is subject to supplier policies (Meesho and Others).

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
• If dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
